Hi All,
I'll start by saying I have been a fitbit user for years, and I am very aware of he nuances of the sleep settings.
Everything was fine until the weeks of Jun 28-Jul 4. That was the last week my versa lite gave detailed sleep data. Everything since then has been simplified data.
Nothing has changed in the way I wear the fitbit, the way I sleep etc. The only thing that has happened was a firmware update. The watch is snug against the wrist, and I've been checking its position before going to bed but nothing changes, still simplified data.
I have rebooted the fitbit but that doesnt help either. The only thing I havent done is a factory reset.
Any thoughts?
Cheers

Hi Rich,
I’m such an idiot! I turned the heartbeat monitor off a wee while ago to test something and clearly forgot to turn it on, and then forgot I’d turned it off in the first place!
I turned it back on and of course, sleep is back to usual.
Thank you for your reply.

Go to a sleep in question, tap to get to the detail page.
Below the chart you will see the reason if Fitbit knows.
However let's first check for the heart rate.

I've done that, or had a firmware update turn it off
