Suddenly my versa lite has stopped syncing with my phone. Fitbit App and watch settings are both up to date. I’ve reset the watch several times, gone through the forget device and repairing process several times. The sync process used to take a few seconds and now the bars dance for minutes and doesn’t fully sync. It does seem to manage a sync rarely. BT connectivity seems to be poor. It took several attempts the to pair my device after disconnecting it. My device was purchased in November 2019 and has worked well up to this point but is only 15 months old

I also bought mine in 2019 and have recently updated my iPhone and did find an update though one of these forum pages for the fit bit but have yet to have the issue resolved. I’ve gone though turning off the Bluetooth to the phone to the versa and occasionally I can get it to sync but no have to do that everytime to get it to sync!! The worst part is the time on tre watch is off sometimes a half hr because it doesn’t sync so I’ve gotten up late 2 times last week doe work! 😩😑😒
