Versa lite is not tracking sleep or active minutes.

I just switched from a charge 2 to a versa lite.  The active minutes and sleep times are not accurate.  Actually sleep time isn't registering at all.  Please help

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa Lite by pressing and holding the left button until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

 

Then, go to the Settings app in your Versa Lite and make sure Heart Rate is ON. If your watch doesn't have a constant heart rate tracking when you're sleeping, it will not record sleep accurately.
