Versa lite isn't working (not syncing or keeping time)

I know this is not the platform to review Fitbit but I am so disappointed in their customer service. My Fitbit stopped keeping time, stopped syncing, stopped pairing with Bluetooth. Customer service has not helped me at all resolve any of these issues. When I tell them over and over that I have tried everything, they send another suggestion. I have a Fitbit Versa lite and have had it less than a year. I wish I had looked at reviews before I bought. Looks like others had the same issue(s).

Sorry for the delay in my reply and to hear that your Versa lite isn't working as it should. Also thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Since the issue persists please just update our Support team about this and ask what are the next steps in the process. They will review your case and proceed accordingly following Fitbit's warranty policy.
