My versalite is stuck on the firbit app syncing phase where download happens. It does not go beyond 2%. I have been rryinggn for over a month now. I tried today it is still at 2%

Wow, retrying to set up for new Fitbit Lite on and off for a month has got to be frustrating I’m sure.
