Versa lite keeps failing to sync

I have tried everything that has been recommended and my versa lite keeps

saying that it fails to sync. Can anyone help me please

Mine is working now. They suggested a factory reset for me where you hold the button down until the fitbit logo disappears then let go for like 2 seconds and press it again till it vibrates and that does a factory reset. It told me my reset had failed and not cleared all the data but it syncs now and is telling time just fine

Mine has not resolved. When the watch is on, it continues to lose time. It thinks it’s Sunday evening at 4 pm (it’s almost 7 pm on Tuesday). I’ve done a factory reset, restarted my phone, re-downloaded the app, tried to sync to my computer and my iPad. It had 95% battery a few hours ago and now it’s completely dead. I’ll put it back on the charger, but I’m not optimistic that will help. I also find it really suspect that I had no issues for almost two years until Friday and then suddenly the Versa 3 is introduced.

Mine is finally working after a “failed factory reset” I did a factory reset and it said it failed to clear all the data but now it’s working so 🤷‍:female_sign:
