Versa lite keeps losing time and displaying bid red x

Very unhappy with my versa lite and can't get any help from fitbit live chat. Versa lite keeps losing time and displaying big red X. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but issue keeps happening.

Mine too 😔 only been loosing time over night, by about 15 minutes but annoying when I use the alarm 😴
