I bought a fitbit versa lite last week. Last thursday i got the message to update the firmware. I did it & it just got crashed & wasn't doing anything. So i restarted the system & nothing happened. Hence i did a factory rest so that everything will be set as default. But now once i set it up with my fitbit app its giving a popup as update tracker, i click update it keeps on updating, it took 24 hours till today evening & again got a message as data not cleared sync it with the app.
Not sure what to do now. Totally stuck. Kindly assist me what to do.
