I charged my versa lite. Put it on was wearing it and during the day it just turned off. Completely non-responsive. No flashing lights on the back, cannot reset it by holding the button on the side (nothing happens), doesn’t come back on when put onto the charger and I cannot connect to it via my FitBit App. Tried leaving it on charge overnight to see if it would get power again but nothing happened. Has anyone had this happen to their watch and have any magical solution?

This has just happened to my watch too, can't turn it on or do anything with it! Very frustrating 🤷

Omg same!! 😯😤😒. It did the same thing last month thing I update the firmware for it and that seemed to do the trick for a while but the screen doesn't even come on when i put it on the charger and the app says the battery is empty. Ughh 🤦🏽:female_sign:

I ended up lodging a support request with FitBit and they are replacing the watch. They got me to answer some questions and then they came back to say they were replacing it. Fast and efficient customer service I must say!

That’s happen to me to. Was trying to do software update but needed to charge because it was dead. I couldn’t get me off the The icon Fitbit page. They sent me a new one after we tried together to get it to work with anything. I’m sure they help you after they try to get it to work with you. Hope you get this taken care of.
