I just got this yesterday, I charged it and got it all set up and installed the app. I couldn’t figure out how to take a heart rate reading whatever I wanted, so I figured that was not an available option and went about 18. But in the past 12 hours it hasn’t taken one heart rate reading.
I checked the settings on the watch and it is turned to on, but I checked for the setting in both my Fitbit app and the online dashboard and there is no option for heart rate.
am I missing something? Does anybody have any suggestions? I’m getting very frustrated that I have no heart readings and it didn’t track my sleep last night because of it

I'm having the same problem although I've had my Versa Lite for ages. It's a mystery and quite frustrating. Have you solved your issue yet? If so, how did you achieve it? I've tried to re-set it, ensure that that auto box is ticked on my device. Nothing seems to be working ....
