Got a Versa lite for Christmas 2019. Has worked flawlessly until approx 2 months ago when I stopped getting ANY notifications- text, email, nothing. After a bunch of uninstalling and reinstalling I was able to get text alerts back but still no emails. 
very frustrating as the whole point of getting the watch was to monitor my email easier.

ready to dump this for an Apple Watch...

Is DND or sleep mode enabled? 

Also look here. 

Sorry but saying you tried everything tells us nothing about what was tried.

DND not on.

all settingS checked, reset as per ‘help’ page

fitbit restarted

phone restarted

sync performed
I get phone alerts, text alerts...still no email alerts
