Versa lite no longer starts phone GPS to track run

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Everything worked fine when I had a galaxy 7 would select run and it would connect and track my on run on the phones gps. Now that I upgraded my phone to a galaxy s20fe, I select run, or walk from exercise, and it tries to connect but fails, even tried opening the app first, would connect then loose connection. I still receive notifications and it syncs fine.

Did the restart, also it's done a firmware update also, I don't know if it's something with the phone or the updated fitbit software that loaded on the phone. Notifications, and text work fine.

OK I found out the problem, changed location permissions from only when app is open to always.
