Versa lite no longer swipes

Please help! My versa lite no longer swipes. I have rebooted several times, but no luck. It's useless if I can't swipe to get the different screens.

I'm not sure what you mean by "rebooted", but have you tried a Restart ?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have the same problem and I have restarted my Versa Lite multiple times to no avail. I'm really disappointed in this watch!

My versa 2 also do not swipe, i have restarted it multiple times

Yes, restart.  Hold the button down until it restarts (aka- reboot)

Me too!  My husband paid over $100 for this and it didn't last a year.  WTH!!!!

I too have been having problems.  I came on to see if I could troubleshoot the problem, but it seems to be all around with this watch. Do,  you also have times where it just won't turn on?

Oh yes indeed! It’s no more than a watch at this point. I’m really disgusted!

I just got mine for Christmas. I'm disgusted with it. It doesn't help to restart it either.
