Versa lite not connecting to bluetooth headphones

I am having issues connecting my bluetooth headphones with my versa lite. When I go to settings and bluetooth in my versa lite I dont even get the "+ device" option. There is nothing but "on" "pair" "off" and if I let it sit in "pair" nothing happens.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with connecting your headphones to your Fitbit Versa Lite. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend restarting your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally.
