Versa lite not connecting to phones Bluetooth

Versa lite started running slow and not responding as quickly to touch as normal a few days ago. Today it is now showing the wrong time and will not connect to my phones Bluetooth, it shows as an available device but just won't connect. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting procedures but nothing has helped. Any suggestions to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been having the same issue as well for about 3 weeks ago, I’m about ready to change to an apple product.
