I have had my Fitbit Versa lite just over a week however it has not counted any floors at all! I work in a house with two sets of floors and my own house has a large staircase? Does anyone know the solution? I’ve tried turning on/off numerous times 😟

Unfortunately, you can't fix this. Although the Versa tracks floors, in order to keep the price down, they did not include the necessary sensor in the Versa Lite.

I just purchased a Versa 2 a couple days ago. It wasn't counting floors, and customer support suggested a reboot. That worked--for two sets of floors. Now today it again has counted none. These are the same staircases, taken at roughly the same pace, more than 10 feet, and more than the number of stairs requires to register. I didn't look until evening and saw none counted. Are others having to reboot regularly with the Versa 2? Is this defective? Thanks for any help. ~Andielyn
