Versa lite not syncing after bluetooth is turn off an on

I don't know if it's my phone or my versa lite, but if I turn the Bluetooth off to save battery on my phone, and after a while turn it back on to sync, it won't work until I restart my phone. Is there a solution for that?

@Dana.s, welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa lite not syncing after turning your bluetooth off and on. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Try refreshing the link between your Versa lite and your phone by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Thank you for the answer.

My phone is LG V20 and it's not on the list (only V10). Does that mean I have nothing to do about the syncing problem?
