Versa lite not tracking heart rate

So on Thursday my watch like freaked out, and i couldn’t see the clock face it wouldn’t let me access the apps or anything. Once I got on the phone w support I held down the side button and restarted it and it started working again, but since then, when I am working out it’s not reading my heart heart. It’s not tracking my sleep correctly and now it’s not charging all the way. I’ve never submerged my watch into water. So I am completely at a loss here as to what to do? I’ve checked for updates and there isn’t any. I’ve restarted it a few times. And still nothing. The change won’t go past 83%...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Is your Versa Lite not tracking sleep at all, inaccurately or isn't tracking Sleep Stages? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Thankfully I did warranty my watch Bc it Js to be replaced. It started to just not charge at all, and it kept turning off and going to the main screen w the Fitbit icon and doing nothing. So the outcome was just having it replaced.
