Versa lite not working since the recent update

I updated my versa lite on approx Tuesday, and since that time it's not working at all. It started turning off for no reason, no vibrating buzz or any warning, just suddenly black. It would turn back on when I put it on my charger. I tried rebooting it, unsyncing from phone, and factory reset, with no improvement. Yesterday, after I rebooted it it wouldn't download the clock face, and when I tried to download another clock face it said there was already a download in progress and to wait. It finally booted up and opened up, but after only 20 minutes it shut down again. I called the help desk twice yesterday, and they walked me through rebooting again, with the same result. Today I tried rebooting from the settings on the watch, I took the app off my phone to completely start over, rebooted everything, and now it's still saying there was an error downloading the clock face. My watch was fine before I updated both my watch and the fitbit app. Any other suggestions? Will there be a bug fix coming out sometime soon?

Thanks for all the details and troubleshooting performed. I see where your frustration is coming from and I've seen you reached out to our Support Team. Since you tried all the troubleshooting steps available, I recommend you to update your case with them so they can check your options.

 

On a side note, I moved your post to the Versa board to keep the Community organized.
