Versa lite (purplewatch/strap)

I've found my versa will only sync when not on my wrist. Why is this? and it also loses time when I'm wearing it, but when I take it off, within a few minutes, it corrects itself. Any advice before I throw it in the bin and buy an alternative brand.

Hi @HelenOx - there are a couple of things to try first.

A watch restart and logout of the Fitbit App and a phone restart.

Possibly change the clock face you are using for a Fitbit one in case there is an issue with it.
