I got a Fitbit versa lite and I can't set it up because it just displays the message "Data not cleared Sync and try again". Is there anything I can do about this? I havent been able to find a solution online.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you're unable to set up your Versa Lite since it is showing the message "Data not cleared Sync and try again". Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend doing a restart by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
