Versa lite screen came off

So I happen to look down and my versa lite screen has come off and it's being held together by the wires inside. I wasn't really doing anything to make this happen. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Can it be repaired? If so where can I take it? Thanks

I've seen quite a few posts from people reporting this issue. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be repairable. However, if you are still within warranty then you should be eligible for a replacement. I suggest contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com who can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
