Hello,
My fitbit versa lite screen is not responding. When I press the button nothing happens.
I can't reset it as the screen blacks out before I can get to settings.
It is not 12 months old.
Need some help and advice please.

You could try restarting the fitbit by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds.
If that doesn't help then it's possibly a hardware failure, in which case it's best to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
