Versa lite silent alarm

Can I stop my Versa lite silent alarm from  repeating itself as I only want it to go off once.

As long as you turn it off correctly it shouldnt repeat.  This is what the manual says for turning off or snoozing (sumarised)

To dismiss the alarm, tap the check mark. To snooze tap the ZZZ

But as far as I am aware there is no way to turn repeats off entirely.
