Versa lite software update 6.1.1 ---- HUNG forever

Hi,

Can any help me wt is the issue with Versa lite, new software update Version 6.1.1.

Tried 10/20 times, through cell phone & laptop. Update never happens. First update takes too long forever. And if it get updates to 100% after a whole long day. Doesn't proceed further. 

I get prompt saying "Try gain" "Remind me Later". 

 

My smartwatch is been dead for a month now. 

Already wasted lot of time updating it. This is frustrating. 

My cell is OnePlus5T, with Andriod Version 9. Update through cell phone & laptop did not work. 

 

Any other Versa lite users facing this issue ? plz.. help

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.
