Hi, I have noticed that when my steps goal has reached 10,000 it returns back to zero but yet when I sync on my phone I can see all the steps I have done.
Does anyone know why the watch resets?

Let me help you with your Versa lite missing its step count. This is odd but you can try restarting it by following these instructions. Also try using a different clock face (try one made by Fitbit).

I haven't been able to use my watch because it won't update and I apparently don't have a compatible device and don't know anyone with a compatible device to update it so my £150 watch is completely useless!!! Tried my ipad 4 (not compatible) Samsung a50 (not compatible) Samsung S4 (not compatible) and because I don't know anyone with another device, I am stuck with a watch that doesn't work.
Well done fitbit!!!!! I will never purchase one of these watches again!!!
