Versa lite stops working in water

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa lite worked a couple of times in water but then either doesn’t log a swim or stops working during or very soon after a swim. When I recharge it, the battery level is fine but it hasn’t logged swim. If I do a factory reset, will I lose all previous data?

Hi, if you sync your Versa with your Fitbit app before the FR, you will not loose any valuable data at all. Hope this helps, regards kuzibri

But it has lost data . It doesn’t track my swim and now when I charge it, it only holds a charge for a couple of hours.
How do I get a refund if I’ve had it since May?

As for swim @Claris before we can answer you, we would need to know swim option was chosen to record the swim. Did you manually start the swim recording from your wrist, or where you depending on the auto detect feature? If using the auto detect feature, was the swim period long enough, without a long stop, to be detected? What stroke where you doing, not all swim strokes are able to be detected?

As for returns, you would first want to look below and read the warranty, then look in the top right of any page and contact support. The link to support may also be found below by repping on help, or through the help found in the Fitbit App.
