Yes recently updated a few days ago. Doesn't sound good does it! You can
get 30% off some devices now anyway!

Oh wow deffo the update then. Keep at them, yes 30% was an insult to be honest they are still cheaper at curry’s! I will be taking it further for sure. I feel robbed. Terrible customer service

Well would you believe it's working now! It was honestly completely dead,
blank screen, wouldn't synch, wouldn't record. Definitely wasn't a flat
battery. Nothing I tried worked. This morning I pushed the button and it
said 0% so the screen had started working. Charged it up and it's fine. So
either the update or someone said maybe damp?

You can check for condensation in the little windows in the back with a magnifying glass.

If it was ever in hot water then it could have moisture in it.

If it was that you will probably find the battery doesn't last so long and it does strange things. it might get hot while charging.

I woke up yesterday morning to find a blank screen on my versa lite too.  Fully charged, still tracking steps, but showing a black screen =(

Guess I'll try an update and just wait it out?

I think it was either the update or water getting in. I'm guilty of wearing
it in the shower and when doing dishes etc. It's working now but was
totally dead and it wasn't the battery as it was at least 50% charged. Very
odd.
