How come my fitbit will not receive “Time to go to bed” notifications? It kinda bugs me cause charge 2 was able to do that. I am using an iPhone 8

(Update: I saw my sleep mode started before my reminder so I will see if that helps.)

Be sure that the bedtime reminder option is activated. 

To find bedtime reminder option, open your Fitbit app on your phone, in Today page you will find your sleep tracking, open it, then open settings on the top at the right side, there you will find bedtime reminder settings.

I do have it on but it won’t send to my fitbit device
