My versa lite started acting up a few days ago. It would not automatically sync and would lose the correct time. Then, the heart rate stopped reading. I tried a factory reset, tried uninstalling and reinstalling it from my app, tried shutting it down. Nothing worked. Now, it will not even respond when it’s not on the charger. When I tap on it, wrist shake and push the side button, nothing. When I put it on the charger the battery charging screen and clock screen will come up. They are showing dim. And I’m not able to access any other features. I cannot swipe or get to any other screens. Please help!

Hello I am having the same problem. My versa lite doesn’t stay charged once it’s charged to 100%. This started late last night. Charged it this morning at 100%. Didn’t realize that it was at 0% until 10 mins ago. I got my Fitbit in November 2019
