I bought a versa lite in 2020. Worked fine until last year. I am having trouble charging my versa lite and have tried everything on the support article. I've cleaned the back of the watch and pins, left it charging for a while but still nothing. Been like this for months.
Looked everywhere for a new charger but the only ones I can find are for the versa 2. Could I use the versa 2 charger for the lite?
Please help.

Hi. I got very frustrated with this issue too. This may sound crazy but it works for me. The contacts on the back of my Versa get dirty after a few weeks. So I take it off Get a toothbrush AND toothpaste and scrub those contacts until they have no visible grime. I then wash them off and dry the watch. It then charges no problem. One other issue I have had is the USB socket I’m plugging into must be good & tight, not loose or you won’t get enough voltage. Hope that helps.

Ok, that was just my suggestion. It’s worked for me.
I can’t stand things that don’t work as they should. Especially when you pay good money for them. Hopefully Fitbit will read this thread and suggest something (unlikely). Best of luck.
