Hi,
I recently purchased my versa lite and have loved it until today at work when it would not sync to the app. Once I got home this evening I began trouble shooting. I re-downloaded the app, restarted the versa, turned Bluetooth on/off, restarted the phone, and updated the phones OS. I have an iPhone 7 Plus which is not fully updated to IOS 12.4. Nothing worked.
I unfortunately made the mistake of doing a factory reset on the versa after going through the settings on the versa and now it is unusable as it needs to be re-set up but won’t connect to Bluetooth.
HELP! I feel like I’ve wasted $200!

my phone IS fully updated to IOS 12.4

I also disconnected all other Bluetooth devices and made sure it wasn’t connected to Bluetooth on my iPad.

Is your phone on the supported list?
Some things will work while others will not. I'm sure it will get add at some point if its not there
