My versa lite won't stay connected for update. Keeps losing connection during sync and has only done firmware update to 81% have restarted, rebooted, turned on all application permissions, still disconnecting. Just got this today. What's the deal? I see other people have tried to get help. I see no answers non the forums, however.
And there is no way to access customer support.
Please advise

Seems like connection issues are common recently, probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
