Not sure what is happening @ZJOELBC but the error might be because the charging cable can only be used to charge the Versa. The cable does not have any communication signals and apparently your computer can detect that something has been plugged in, but can not communicate with the Versa. So it says there is an error.
Did yoyou click on the red triable to see what it is there for?

This is a dongle, it is used to sync the tracker if your computer does not have built in Bluetooth
This is the charging cable, it is used to charge the Versa, your computer operating system can not communicate with it, and it can only be used to charge the Versa .
Your computers operating system has misinterpreted what has been plugged in. It is has been told something was plugged in and is unable to communicate with this something. Unfortunately the charging cable had no logic and is unable to answer the request from the operating system.
Now with most computers the operating system does not even know that the charging cable had been plugged in, your getting this error because your computer hardware has recognized that a device has been plugged in and tells the operating system.
The simplest way to prevent this error from showing would be to use your phones charging brick to charge the Versa.
I've already flagged your post to have the personal info removed, see the Community Guidelines the link may be found in the top right slide out menu.

As stated above, the Versa is not designed to communicate with your computer through it's charging cable. This error on the computer should be ignored, a lot of computers won't even know the Versa is plugged in, apparently you OS has been told that something was pulled in, but since this something is unable to communicate with the computer, the OS is clueless to what is going on and says something may be wrong.
Simply ignore this error, with your computers hardware it looks like this will be an expected error.
