Versa locked &, it's not showing on app to unlock

Hi, my granddaughter got to my daughters versa, now it is locked and asks for phone unlock, but she reinstalled the app as it wasn't connecting, now when trying to add it , it says it sends the code but the only thing on her versa screen is use phone to unlock, no code. How can she remove the phone lock, or reset it or something ?

I have just unlocked mine i went to the dashboard clicked on my versa and unlock device is an option in there but you need your passcode and then you can disable it

 The pic I sent was showing up on mine when I went into the app on my phone it stated I had tried to unlock it too many times.Sorry I cant be of any help technology EhKerry
