Versa locked & no device set up on my phone

My children got hold of my versa while I was in the shower and tried to unlock it, unfortunately didn't manage to so it locked, I did a quick search to find out how to unlock it - but upon opening the app was prompted to update it, I did this and now its saying there's no device connected - I now have a locked versa that needs unlocking by my phone, but my versa isn't connected to my phone - I can't connect it because when it asks for the Bluetooth 4 digit pin the versa flashes up 'unlock with phone' I can't unlock the versa with the app or desktop site because there's no pic of my device - because its not connected. I've tried removing the last update of the app, logging out, deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting the Versa and nothing had worked.... Can this be saved
