Versa locked to phone and can't connect it

Versa locked to phone and can't connect it now to anything to reset it. And I no longer have access to the phone I set the lock up with. So I'm lost to how to unlock my versa plus the reset with the buttons doesn't work

Hello @Kelz828 your versa does not get setup to the phone, but to your fitbit account. 

Simply download the fitbit app to any phone, then log into your fitbit account. 

Your tracker should sync then you want to, as instructed, use the phone (fitbit app) to unlock the tracker. 

How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?

Once you have unlocked it, please change the lock for fitbit pay only.
