Hello,

My Versa clock is locked, 

"Unlock with your phone" is the message. 

Any idea how to do so?.

Go to your Fitbit app on the phone / settings / Versa / Device Lock / enter phones unlock code

 

Now you can reset the Versa lock.

I suggest only locking the Fitbit pay.
