Versa logging runs properly but not logging the active minutes

My run was logged today at 36:16 minutes with 14 minutes peak, 17 minutes cardio, and 5 minutes fat burn but only counted that entire activity as 11 active minutes. I had a 93 minute weight lifting session yesterday that only logged 13 active minutes. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi @MelissaRicci, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums!

Thank you for sharing the details of your exercises. Great job! I understand your concern regarding the number of your active minutes as you would like to see the correct results of your efforts.

As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. Also keep in mind that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer without any breaks. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes? I recommend to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. Please monitor your device after that and let me how it goes.

I'll be around.
