I did not wear my versa today, went to check the battery level and it had registered 57 steps and said that my heart rate was 170ish. WTF it was on my table no fan was on in my room and no vibrations from any thing. I have had this happen before and tried to reset it but it keeps doing this any ideas before I send this back and switch to a different fitness tracker?

It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community @Adt8588. Sorry for the delayed response.
I regret to hear that you've considered switching to a different fitness tracker because your Fitbit Versa registered steps and heart rate while it was not in use. Thank you for performing a restart before contacting us and for the information provided. Besides the restart, you can go to your device Settings > Heart rate > turn off the sensor and turn it back on.
In addition, you can perform a factory reset to your watch by following the next steps but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings will be deleted from the device:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact us back at any time.
