Versa loosing time and won't synch

Hi all,

I have read through all of the time-loosing posts for versa. I have tried everything (restarting, updating, etc.) and nothing has worked. Now my app can't find it on bluetooth. Has anyone found a resolution for this? Thanks!

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset.
