Versa loses power and randomly resets

My versa 2 loses power and randomly switched off. The battery indicates 92% then switched off and then Restarts

@Ali110110, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it turns off randomly and restarts by itself.

 

Please restart your Fitbit Versa manually as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
