Hey since I did the last update on my versa I have to charge it every day/two days and it’s very annoying. I was normally able to go almost a week without changing it if I didn’t use a lot of things on it. I don’t know what to do about it.

Hi @MeganCL , first of all restart your Versa three times (internal reset) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Regards kuzibri
