Over the past week my Versa that has been working perfectly fine, has started to lose time. 30 mins over 24hours. I have exhausted all options. The last being a factory reset, which wouldn’t even let me get past the download the app to set up part! Alas this morning it seemed more positive, connected to Bluetooth, even connected to WiFi. Then..... yep about 30 secs after it lost everything again including the time. I have sent an email to customer support and have a case number. I see that others are having the same problem. It’s really frustrating and annoying as I now have a watch that is useless.
Has anyone else sent an email to support?
Thanks

It’s very frustrating isn’t? I’ve tried so many times all the tricks to fix it. Nothing it just loses it connection and then the time goes out. I think this has something to do with the update. Fitbit should just send out the previous update to this latest one. See if it helps. Lots of people having the same problem. It’s the watch that’s faulty. Be interesting to see how they are going to fix it. At the moment I have an £180 ornament! Thought spending a little more on a watch would be money well spent. Seems with the functions I have, better off buying a universal on for £15 off the internet!

Yup... great job Fitbit... NOT!!!!
Yet again you've effed it up with latest update.
Won't reliably sync.
Even when it does sync, the data doesn't match... especially the hourly activity logs.
The problem, as always is your bullheaded decisions to force syncing through Fitbit servers instead of just locally to the device.
Get it FIXED!!!
