Same here. Have been dealing with this since I updated two weeks ago. I’ve tried everything, including a factory reset, and still have the same problem!
I’ve updated too and it stopped syncing today. I’ve tried following all of the help advice and trouble shooting and nothing. It’s so annoying. I’ve factory reset twice and now my phone won’t find it via Bluetooth at all. Going to get rid I think and buy an Apple Watch instead.
I’m ready to toss mine in the river. Got the Versa lite because I wanted to be able to wear it while I swim. Never had a problem with my charge 2. This whole experience has turned me off to Fitbit. I will probably go with Apple, too.
