Versa lost Sleep score and Active minutes features after re-installing

My Versa suddenly stopped syncing for no apparent reason which I eventually resolved by reinstalling my Fitbit App. However although the Active Minutes and Sleep score Tiles are still showing they're not working anymore. All I get for my sleep report is the basic Awake/Asleep report and none of the sleep levels. I suspect that it's because these were later updates on my Versa. I've had a couple of Email exchanges with Customer Support which have been totally unhelpful. They've just sent me standard clips about how to add Tiles which are already in fact showing and making sure I'm wearing it correctly when I'm asleep - which is no help at all. They ignore my basic question which is will these features return at my next software update, or is there something I can do to switch them back on again. I've attach a couple of screen shots to show what's happened. If anyone has any suggestions I will be eternally grateful.

I'm pleased to have an answer to my own question for anyone who has a similar problem.

I realised that as well as the sleep score and active zone minutes that my resting heart rate wasn't working either. Fitbit support advised that on the settings tab on the Versa there's a 'Switch heart rate monitor on/off' switch, which was turned off. I switched it back on and all the functions returned as normal as I assume they need the heart rate monitor to do their calculations properly. Why it switched to off when I reset everything I don't know, nor do I know why there's a facility to turn the HR monitor off when so much depends on it, but I'm glad it's all working again.
