I have a question about my new Versa 

I have an iPhone and a iPad from Apple 

I lost connection on WiFi when running both I have to shut the WiFi off one device iPhone or iPad. Why don’t they both link together.  My charge 2 never an issue

It sounds like it could be an issue with your WiFi router. Maybe you can confirm that your router has DHCP enabled to assign each device an IP address. Also you didn't have any issues with your Charge 2 as it wasn't WiFi capable like the Versa is.
