My Versa lost connection and I had to re-add the device to get it to connect and sync. After the re-connecting it is no longer showing any active minute data (last 28 days are blank on dashboard) and heart rate data is only showing last 3 days. Steps, distance, stairs, etc. all show historical data. Is there a fix? Where did the data go?
