Versa lower than 0% and will not react to charger anymore

My versa will not charge after it was on 0% for a few days. The charger is new but has no effect on the versa. Not very impressed as I cant reset it as it wont turn on and will not charge.

Hi Guy it turns out I had the wrong charger, versa 2, anyway all charged now. Still playing with setting it up my way. thanks

Have a look at the suggestion posted here to help you isolate the cause better.

If a watch has been left off charge for any length of time it may several hours for it to charge.

If you already did a factory reset [instead of a restart] and it failed due to a bug in the process, the watch may be dead and you should ask for a replacement one.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
