Versa marking more steps than I am taking

Hi, I'm having an issue with my Versa2. First of all I have a very coarse tremor in my left arm so I wear my watch on my dominant arm and have it noted as such in the app. More often than not it is marking more steps than I know I am taking. And on Sunday it went haywire noting that I had taken over 34,000 steps. I am unable to correct it. Also, despite hours of trying g and help from many techie friends, I'm still unable to download my personal music to the watch. It's been kind of a headache since I got it. Any assistance you could give me would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your timely assistance.

Kindest regards, Wanda

Hi,

they do over count steps. While I am walking it’s super accurate but it thinks every movement of my arm is a step. So the step count is useless - unless I’m actually walking.
the music thing is fiddly by doable and worth it (for me). The difficult bit is to get the computer to “see” the watch. They both need to be in an area of good WiFi connection and you need to keep them close to each other.
